Question: "How long will it take to receive my order, and how much is delivery?"

Answer:
"We offer free delivery on all orders across Pakistan. Once your order is placed, please allow 5-7 business working days for your package to arrive. You will receive an updated tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey."

Question: "What is your return policy? Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?"

Answer:
"Absolutely! Customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that while delivery is free, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Question: "I just placed my order, but I need to change the shipping address or cancel it. Can I do that?"

Answer:
"We process orders very quickly to get them to you within the 5-7 working day window! Please contact us immediately by replying to your order confirmation SMS or by messaging our WhatsApp number. We will do our absolute best to accommodate changes or cancellations, but we can only guarantee changes if our team has not yet packed your items for dispatch."

Question: "The item I want is sold out. Will you be getting more in stock?"

Answer:
"We are working hard to restock popular items! If a product is listed as 'Out of Stock,' there is usually a 'Notify Me' button on the product page. If you click that and enter your number, we will send you an SMS alert the moment the item becomes available again. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee specific restock dates, but we are constantly refreshing our collection."
